The Country House Company is headed by Sue Crossley BSc M.R.I.C.S., F.A.R.L.A. and offers a professional residential Letting and Management Service with constant attention to detail, letting and managing the individual property for traditional landlords, families living overseas and the property investment market. We provide a thorough, caring and attentive service for the landlord’s properties, which are let and managed on their behalf. Management is undertaken throughout the Central South and London.

We offer a fully comprehensive service to all our Landlords. The services offered to the Landlord include: Tenant Find Only Tenant Find and Rent Collection Tenant Find and Full Management All of these services are specifically tailored to the individual requirements of each Landlord.

A member of The Country House Company’s experienced team, will meet you to discuss all aspects of the proposed let. Comprehensive advice and guidance will be offered with regard to safety, decoration, provision of furnishing and white goods, possible refurbishment or upgrading, provision of gardener or housekeeper etc., timing of let, management of grounds, inclusion of children, pets and non-smokers and the legal nature of the let.
